Gamma Phi Beta, also known as Gamma Phi or GPhi, is an international sorority that was founded at Syracuse University on November 11th, 1874. The four founders are Helen M. Dodge, Frances E. Haven, E. Adeline Curtis and Mary A. Bingham. Our mission is to inspire the highest type of womanhood and build confident women of character who celebrate sisterhood and make a difference in the world around us. Gamma Phi Beta currently has more than 200,000 initiated members, 130 chartered collegiate chapters and more than 155 alumnae groups across the United States and Canada.

The Epsilon Epsilon Chapter was founded on May 3rd, 1986 with a founding class of 48 incredible women. Since this time our chapter has grown into a strong and authentic sisterhood, with an average total membership of over 110 women. At Union College, our chapter is a home away from home for our sisters, encouraging each other to live each day by our four core values: love, labor, learning, and loyalty. We have been awarded Union's Sorority of the Year in 2008, 2009, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, and 2019

Administrative Vice President Hi! My name is Farah Elgala and I am the Administrative Vice President of the Epsilon Epsilon Chapter of Gamma Phi Beta. I'm from Niskayuna, New York and I'm currently majoring in Biomedical Engineering. I am also a part of the women's volleyball team here on campus. As AVP, I'm excited to take on the responsibilities of handling all of the chapter's paperwork and other administrative tasks. I have had the opportunity to meet so many amazing sisters and create wonderful memories, and I hope to allow that for others by being part of the executive board! |

Public Relations Vice President Hi! I'm Katie Coffey and I am the Public Relations Vice President of the Epsilon Epsilon Chapter of Gamma Phi Beta. I’m from Burnt Hills, New York and am majoring in Biology with a minor in psychology. As the PRVP, I oversee philanthropic involvement, help to plan social events for the chapter and promote positive alumni relations. I also ensure our chapter upholds a strong image through social media and public efforts, promoting an enjoyable sisterhood experience. I am so excited to plan events like Moonball, and continue to be part of such an amazing organization! |
